⚡ Call Your Energy Back Ritual
Because being drained is not your destiny.
There comes a point where you’re tired of feeling scattered.
Tired of being pulled in too many directions. Tired of people still living in your head, your heart, or your energetic field when they haven’t earned the right to be there anymore. This is for that moment.
When you finally decide, “Yeah, I’m done. I want all of me back.”
Calling your energy back is not just a “spiritual thing.”
Because walking around depleted, resentful, or disconnected is not your natural state. You were meant to be whole. To be present. To be in your body, not spread across timelines, text threads, and trauma loops.
⚡ What Does It Mean To Call Your Energy Back?
It means you’ve been overextending yourself. Mentally replaying things that should’ve been left alone. Checking in on people who don’t even think about you. Trying to fix situations that are long gone.
Your energy doesn’t just disappear, it lingers in the places where you overgave, overthought, or overstayed. It could be from last week, five years ago, or way back in childhood. If you never fully pulled yourself out of it, a piece of you might still be there.
✨ Before You Start
You don’t need to be “spiritually advanced” to do this. You just need to be honest with yourself. If you’re holding on to people or situations out of guilt, fear, or some sense of unfinished business, then this is for you.
Don’t rush it. Don’t skip steps. Give yourself the same level of reverence you’ve probably been giving everybody else.
🎯 What You’ll Need
Don’t worry if you don’t have everything, use what you can.
A quiet space where you won’t be interrupted for 20–30 minutes.
A small bowl of water. (symbolizes cleansing)
A black candle. (represents release)
A white candle. (represents reclamation)
Pen and paper.
A grounding crystal. (like black tourmaline or obsidian) (optional)
Anointing oil. (frankincense, rosemary, or rose) (optional)
A photo of a person, place, or memory you want to release. (optional)
A small object (stone, charm, or amulet) to keep as a reminder. (optional)
🕒 When To Do This Ritual
Any time you feel ready is perfect.
If you’d like to align with the moon cycles:
New Moon: Best for fresh starts and setting new intentions.
Waning Moon: Best for releasing old energy and letting go.
Tip: If you feel stuck or heavy, don’t wait for the perfect timing, begin when you feel called.
💡 Preparation
1. Set Your Space
Find a quiet area where you feel comfortable.
Turn off your phone or silence notifications.
Dim the lights or light a few candles.
If you have a grounding crystal, place it nearby or hold it in your hand.
Why this matters: Creating a calm space helps signal to your mind and body that you are entering sacred time. Even if you live with others, a small corner or quiet moment can be enough.
2. Center Yourself
Sit comfortably with your feet on the ground or cross legged.
Close your eyes.
Take 3–5 slow, deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth.
Imagine a golden cord extending upward from the crown of your head to the sky.
Visualize another cord extending from the base of your spine deep into the earth.
Feel yourself supported and grounded between heaven and earth.
3. Optional Anointing
If you have oil, place a drop on your fingertips. Gently touch:
The crown of your head. (connection to your higher self)
Your heart center. (emotional clarity)
Your lower belly. (personal power)
Say softly:
“With this anointing, I honor the temple of my body. My energy is whole, and I am safe to begin again.”
🕯 The Ritual
Step 1: Reflect & Write
Take your paper and pen.
Write down anything and everything where you feel your energy is still lingering. Examples include:
Past romantic relationships.
Old friendships that ended badly.
Family conflicts.
Jobs or homes you left behind.
Situations where you felt betrayed, hurt, or misunderstood.
Versions of yourself you have outgrown.
Be as specific as you can. If you can remember names, dates, or details, write them down. The more clear you are, the stronger the release.
Step 2: Optional – Choosing A Photo
If you feel ready for a deeper connection to what you’re releasing, use a photo.
How to decide:
Photo: Use if you want to feel a strong connection to the energy you’re clearing. This can help you fully release old attachments.
Name on paper: Use if you prefer a lighter approach with less emotional charge.
How to use it:
Place the photo next to or underneath your written list.
Hold it in your hands as you speak your release.
When the ritual is finished, you can either burn or tear up the photo to symbolize final release or store it out of sight if you need more time.
Step 3: Speak Release Aloud
Light your black candle.
Hold your paper (and photo if you’re using one).
Read the following words slowly, with feeling:
I call all of my energy back to me, cleansed, whole, and restored.
Any part of me that has been drained, taken, or misplaced returns to me now, free from attachment and free from harm.
I release any cords, thoughts, or emotions that do not belong to me.
I break any ties that drain me, and I stand fully in my own light.
I reclaim my power. I reclaim my peace. I reclaim my spirit.
No one has access to me without my consent.
I am divinely protected. I am whole.
I free myself with love and understanding.
It is done. It is done. It is done.
Asé. Asé. Asé.
Pause. Take a deep breath in and out.
Visualize dark threads or cords dissolving, unraveling, or floating away. Imagine them leaving your body and dissolving into the air.
Step 5: Wash Your Hands
Gently dip your hands into the bowl of water.
Say:
“I cleanse myself of any residue, known or unknown.
I am clear. I am free.”
Dry your hands slowly and with care.
Step 6: Affirm And Seal
Close your eyes.
Place your right hand over your solar plexus (just above your belly button).
Place your left hand over your heart.
Say:
“I am whole. I am present. My energy is fully restored to me.”
Then, declare with confidence:
“As I stand in this moment, I claim dominion over my life.
My energy is no longer up for negotiation.
My field is sovereign. My spirit is free.”
Take at least 3 slow breaths here. Let it sink into your body.
Step 7: Protective Visualization
Imagine a soft, shimmering shield of light around your entire body.
This shield doesn’t block love, it only filters out what doesn’t belong to you.
Say:
“I welcome in what is mine. I release what is not.
All that remains is truth, clarity, and peace.”
Step 8: Closing Gratitude
Take a moment to thank any guides, ancestors, or aspects of your higher self who supported you.
You can simply say:
“Thank you to all energies and allies who stand with me in my remembering.
I am grateful.”
Step 9: Safely Close
Blow out both candles (black first, then white).
Burn or safely discard your paper list.
Pour the water into the earth outside or down the drain, releasing all it has absorbed.
If you chose a small object to keep, hold it in your hand and say:
“This is my reminder that my energy belongs to me.”
Keep it somewhere special.
😌 Aftercare
Drink a glass of water to ground yourself.
Rest if you can.
Spend time in a calm space.
Be gentle with yourself over the next few days, sometimes emotions surface as your energy integrates.
You can repeat this ritual anytime you feel drained or disconnected.
Remember: This ritual isn’t just about letting go, it’s about reclaiming the wholeness you were born with.
